Booking/Reservation
Policy: In making a reservation for 2007, we must receive payment in full at the time of your reservation request (including 6% MI sales tax), and a completed Reservation Request Form.

of Payment: West Wind
Resort accepts Cash, Personal Checks, and Money Orders.

Refund
Policy: Reservation fees, if any, are refundable, less 35% handling fee, ONLY if
we can re-book the cabin. If we do not rent your reserved cabin, then
we cannot refund any portion of the fee.

Condominium,
Cottage and Home Disclosure: Cabin #10 is a privately owned condominium. Although problems are rarely encountered, we
must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the
day of arrival to the best of our ability.

Entry
of Premises: An authorized employee or repairman may enter the
premises during the customary business hours for any purpose connected
with the repair, improvement, care and management of the premises.

Check
in and Check out: Check out is at 9:00
a.m. promptly. Check in is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. These times can be changed on occasion, in the off season only, by contacting the office at least 48 hours prior to your stay.

Bonfires:
Please use common sense when enjoying campfires. Flame should not be
higher that 36 inches tall. Always douse fire with water when
retiring for the night.

Motorized
Watercrafts: Jet Skis and other motorized watercrafts are never
allowed in the swimming and beach areas. This is for the safety of
swimmers.
